Operation of spinner hanger shot blasting machine 

The component is placed in Component holders or is suspended directly from the working gear’s rotating hook. The Component is then shifted into position in front of the shot blasting equipment. An automatic feed device then advances the component to the first blasting position.

After the shot blasting performance works, the equipment door is automatically locked. As the component rotates, they are shot blasted at three various blasting stations according to the pre-set shot blasting times. The shot blasting grit is continuously cleaned, recirculated & reused. A shot metering device maintains the cleaned shots from the shot storage locker to the high-performance wheel. Upon completion of the shot blasting period & after the shot blast wheel has come to a complete stop, the machine door opens automatically & the suspended component return to their primary position. A dust collector unit creates the partial vacuum required to maintain the dust-free operation of the shot blasting unit. The extracted air is cleaned in a dust collector unit.
