Then the feeder will be elevated and moved to the front of the machine door. After the machine door opens and at the right height, the feeder swings & it unloads the workpieces into the rotary drum. During the blasting process, the door keeps closed and could only be opened after the chamber has become dust-free. That takes around 10-15 sec. A scanty low-pressure exhaust the dust during the blasting process. The dust will be divided into the proper filter unit. After the shot blasting method the barrel swings into the unloading position. At this place, it is also possible to determine the quantity of the workpieces and the intensity of unloading by using a dosed emptying. The treated workpieces come on a screen moving trough which separates the remaining abrasive and transports the pieces to prospective boxes.
